Lily is a Swiss and UK registered Physiotherapist and has 10 years of experience in one of Lausanne’s leading clinics where she worked with a wide range of patients with various conditions and injuries, from infants to the elderly, and from Olympians to professional freeride skiers.

Having grown up in Switzerland, Lily has been skiing since a very young age and understands the biomechanics and stresses winter sports can have on the body. Her passion for the outdoors as well as her profession have allowed her to travel the world and bring a wealth of knowledge back to her mountain home. ​

Sara graduated in 2019 and is an Italian and Swiss registered Physiotherapist. She has since gained experience in orthopaedic injuries and neurological disorders, working in rehabilitation camps across Italy and the Netherlands. Sara joined our team in December 2021. Sara has a great ability to assess, plan and treat accordingly.

​Sara has completed the ‘Maitland Concept’ course in 2021. In 2022, she completed her Yoga teaching training course in at “Himalayan Yoga Association” in India and the APPI Matwork Pilates course. Sara is currently studying to become an Osteopath.
